The following is an updated list of dates on which single-day: or multiple-day: jury trials have been scheduled to start between the dates of September 17, 2018  and September 28, 2018. It is not uncommon for many of these trials to settle before the dates listed. Unfortunately, the court has little control over that. We will revise your schedule as we become aware of changes that occur.

Jurors with the pool member numbers 56 through 120 are to report.  Please report to the Marathon County courthouse between 7:45 – 8:15 am and sign in at the bailiff station which is located near the entry.  Please remember to park in the Wausau Center Mall parking ramp across from the courthouse.

Please reduce the amount of metal that you have on your person.  Try not to bring anything in to the courthouse that you do not absolutely need.  This is to ensure that you have the quickest movement through the courthouse security screening point.

  • If you are called to come in, please call the hotline number again in the morning before you leave to report for jury duty, just in case the trial has settled overnight.
