Our Chronic Disease Prevention team has a Wisconsin Well Woman Coordinator who enrolls women into the Wisconsin Well Woman Program for free breast and cervical screenings.

To qualify for a mammogram and pap/pelvic exam woman must be:

• Income eligible
• 45-64 years of age (there are exceptions for women 35-44)
• Uninsured or underinsured (no health insurance, high deductible or no coverage for prevention screenings)
