For instructions on how to make an online payment, read the information below.

The following page will be displayed when you proceed to online payment option via the below link.

Payment Type: Select “Temporary Inspection” if you have a current food facility license.

Type the Business Name, Name of Event and the Date of the event. If you know the permit number, please include that information as well.

If you have more than one payment to complete, select “Add another item” to include multiple items or businesses.

Electronic Check Credit Card

Complete all required payment information.

Select “Continue”

Review the next page to confirm the information you previously entered. If everything is correct agree to Terms and Conditions and select “Submit Payment”.

The email address you indicated will receive a confirmation email for your records.
