Open Shelter

A variety of shelters and facilities are available to rent for all types of events.

A brochure containing 2013 and 2014 shelter rates is available as a PDF (50 kb). Availability can be checked over the phone. To reserve a shelter, complete, sign and date a contract and pay the associated fee. The first person in our office to do so reserves the shelter for that day. Shelters cannot be held over the phone.

CANCELLATIONS - REFUND POLICY: There shall be a service fee for any canceled Facility Reservation Agreement. For all cancellations made 14 calendar days or more prior to the scheduled event, $10/per reservation or 10% of the TOTAL rental fee, whichever is greater, is forfeited. For all cancellations made 13 calendar days or less before the scheduled event, the TOTAL rental fee is forfeited.

(1) The security deposit is collected when both amplified music and alcohol will be present.
(2) Fees depend on number of persons.
(3) This building can be rented hourly for meetings (minimum 2 hours).
(4) Noon rental from 11am to 2:30pm; Evening rental from 5pm to midnight; All day is 8am to midnight.
* All enclosed shelters have water and restrooms inside or nearby.
