Summary:
LAND CONSERVATION SERVICES. The division recommends and designs best management practices for soil conservation and water quality protection, to be implemented by individual landowners. It administers and is involved in the State Priority Watershed Projects, the Farmland Preservation Program, animal waste complaints, the County Animal Waste Ordinance and related soil and water conservation activities.
